Professional background and experience

I obtained my medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Szeged in 2014. I then completed my psychiatry residency at Jahn Ferenc South Pest Hospital and the Department of Psychiatry at the Medical Centre of the Hungarian Defence Forces, obtaining my specialist qualification in psychiatry in 2020.
I subsequently worked in forensic psychiatry and have remained actively involved in clinical patient care. Alongside my medical training, I studied psychology at the University of Szeged and conducted scientific research at the Department of Law Enforcement Behavioural Sciences and Criminal Psychology at Ludovika University of Public Service.
In 2025, I earned my PhD in criminal psychiatry. In line with my longstanding interest in psychology, I am currently undertaking method-specific training with the Hungarian Association for Complex Psychotherapy.

My areas of expertise

I have several years of experience in the assessment and treatment of mood disorders, adult ADHD, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders and dementia. In my work with patients, I place great emphasis on a comprehensive, integrated approach that reflects current scientific developments. Alongside modern psychiatric knowledge, I therefore strive to apply the expertise I gained during my studies in psychology. I also provide adult ADHD assessment and psychiatric follow-up as part of Mental Mood Medical’s English-speaking specialist team.

My personal approach

My approach is primarily based on biological psychiatry, complemented by psychological support and patient-centred care. I prioritise empathy, flexible treatment planning and each patient’s individual needs and preferences. Where appropriate, I also support patients in accessing multidisciplinary care.
